KURSBESKRIVELSE
The course Self Mastery is a combination of the two xpand training program on Creative Life planing and Resilience. It design to help you to make good priorities for the future by reflecting on you past and you're now. The course takes you through a journey where we look at: 1. My history 2. My potential 3. My vision 4. My healthy lifestyle (resilience).
The teaching are by Paul Ch. Donders and the course is developed by Øivind Augland. It contains of 18 films of 7-12 minutes. Paul Donders two books: "Creative life planing and Resilience" have been sent to you together with the workbook for the course.
The online course guide you and give you the instruction needed to fill out all work assignment in your workbook. Along with the online course, read through the book Creative life planing and resilience. We expect you to do all the assignment and come prepared when we meet for an “offline” training on the 5-7th of November 2019.
